What People are Saying

  • Fit 180 has it all. Coaches who are very personable bring the kids together as a team, not just a group. Athletes are given goals to reach, and motivated to do their best! The team’s personal bests and race results have shown how the coaches teach and motivate the kids. Thanks Fit 180!

    Fit180 Has It All

    (Leah, )

  • We were extremely impressed with the quality of coaching and the overall training program. [My son] learned about stretching, speed drills, and endurance training. The coaches facilitated and fostered a wonderful team environment – teaching each athlete what it means to both contribute to the overall team performance and support other team members.

    Quality of Coaching

    (Danna, )

  • The program offers top notch training from coaches with years of experience. They then apply it to the kids at their level. My boys were encouraged not only by the coaches but also by their peers. They loved every minute of their cross-country and junior Olympic experiences.

    Top Notch Training

    (Krissy, )

  • “We love Fit180’s goal-oriented, personal approach to fitness training. As our daughter learns nutrition, running and technique, she is also developing great friendships on her team. The coaches are excellent role models and take a holistic approach to running and fitness. Our daughter has felt empowered and a sense of accomplishment as she sees her hard work and responsible choices pay off. This is a wonderful program.”

    Goal Oriented, Personal Approach

    (Patricia, )

  • Thank you coaches!
Not just for a great season of coaching but
for all the life skills, character building, and self discovery
    that this opportunity is providing!
    Thanks Fit180!

  • Encourage good sportsmanship among all athletes.
  • Be supportive of coaches and meet officials.
  • Respect the coach’s ability to teach and coach your child. Parents may discuss the training program with coaches following practice, if time permits. It is recommended that parents schedule time separate from practice to meet with the coach to discuss concerns.
  • Arrive to meets at the time given to you by the coach and check in at the designated team area.
  • Place the physical and emotional well-being of your child above any personal desire that they have to win.
  • Remember, children are involved in organized sports for their enjoyment, not ours. Be supportive and encourage them to enjoy themselves and to do their best.

  • Arrive at practice ready to listen, work hard, learn and give my best effort.
  • Do your best to be at every scheduled practice. Be on time and prepared. Late athletes will not be allowed to participate in training activities without completing a warm-up. Practices will not be delayed or extended to accommodate late arrivals.
