Fall Fit: Fall Athletic Conditioning
Our four week non-competitive conditioning program will have your athlete going into winter with great aerobic fitness as well as a solid core and strength base. This is the perfect program for athletes wanting to continue their training after their XC season in a fun none-competitive atmosphere. Our coaches provide fun yet challenging workouts that including a mix of running, relays, body weight exercises and games. Our fall conditioning program will not only give you structure and accountability, but also top-notch training and instruction.
This program is designed to have your athlete ready for fall or winter sports.
