Functional Strength Training for Runners

Four times per year


Fit180’s Functional Movement Training provides High School & competitive Middle School athletes a time to work on the critical things they don’t have time to focus on during their training season. We give our athletes a solid foundation of skills, knowledge, and strength on which they can build a successful season.


Pre-Conditioning and Full Program Available: AUG-OCT: MS Cross-Country Program


Cross Country programs consist of long distance running; 3K at the middle school level. Runners compete and train on a variety of terrains; trails, road, field and track and sometimes lots of mud! Training consist of endurance running, speed drills, form drills, core strengthening, stretching, race strategy, nutrition, and mental awareness.

Junior Olympics XC

The Junior Olympic Cross Country program culminates each December when more than 3,000 youth cross country runners hit the course to compete in the USATF National Junior Olympic Cross Country Championships. Two USATF qualifying meets, the Foot Locker Championship, plus the National USATF Championships for those who qualify.


JAN-FEB: Athletic Conditioning for Spring Sports


This four week conditioning program has you going into spring with great aerobic fitness as well as a solid core and strength base. We know it’s hard to maintain motivation and stay in shape through the winter. Our winter conditioning program will not only give you structure and accountability, but also top-notch training and instruction.Designed to have you ready for the track season or spring road races.

RunFit - Spring

Spring Program: Elementary Conditioning program


Our Spring RunFit Program is an 5 week conditioning program for athletes in grades 3-5. Our program provides structured training in an encouraging, fun and safe atmosphere. Our certified trainers are committed to providing quality coaching and effective workouts.

RunFit - Fall

Fall Program: Youth Training for Trail Racing


Our Fall RunFit Program is an 7 week training program for youth athletes who don’t have a cross country option available or just simply enjoy trail running. Our program provides structured training in a competitive team atmosphere. Our certified trainers are committed to providing quality coaching and effective workouts. We will be targeting several local trail races.




Our Track program is a 6 week program for athletes looking for quality coaching on the track. This program is a small group atmosphere where the athletes can receive individualized coaching to reach their personal best.

Summer Camps

SUMMER: Fun Athletic Conditioning camps for athletes of all levels.


Summer is a key time to work on getting in shape for the upcoming Cross Country Seasons. Our goal is not only to train you for the upcoming season but also educate you about nutrition, hydration, form, stretching, and strength training for runners.
