Get ready to run!  Be prepared for the upcoming cross country season with a guided training plan for the summer.  Join us weekly or monthly as we train for XC, learn race strategies, drills, conditioning techniques, and nutrition.

Campers will train at Cuthbertson High School Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.  Friday is excursion day!  We are currently planning out the summer with weekly Friday excursions that will include other local trails (within a 1.5 hour drive), White Water Rafting center trails, Ann Springs, McAlpine… All designed to provide a unique and beneficial experience to the camper.

Space may be limited in this program.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-10:00 a.m.

Friday – hours will be based on location of excursion

Wednesday – off

Cost:

$125 per month for 4 day program (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)- may change based on transportation cost.  A minimum of 12 athletes are needed to participate in the Friday excursions.

$100 per month for 3 day program (Monday, Tuesday &Thursday)

RunFit summer camp athletes develop strength, agility, flexibility, body positioning, control and gross motor skills through specialized instruction, track, cross country trails and circuits. Enhance athletic skills through age appropriate drills and games.  RunFit summer camp series provides athletes of all levels the skills and knowledge they need to train effectively and safely resulting in a great foundation to launch into fall sports.  Did I mention we have A LOT of fun?  We do!
