We run in the woods!  Cross Country programs consist of long distance running; 3K at the middle school level.  Runners compete and train on a variety of terrains; trails, road, field and track and sometimes lots of mud!  Training consist of endurance running, speed drills, form drills, core strengthening, stretching, race strategy, nutrition, and mental awareness.

Training begins in August.  Weekly running programs and team workouts will be available to prepare athletes for middle school aged competition.
